Im so tired of coming to this Starbucks and my coffee be inconsistent in taste and order. I usually get a shaken expresso the same way each time but its made different each time. I can taste and see its made different. This morning I ordered a iced coffee my order was simple 8 dark Carmel pumps and 4 classic syrup and some Carmel drizzle. I didnt get my Carmel drizzle and it clearly says that I get it on my order. I know there is worst problems than having a bad cup of coffee but how hard is it to stay consistent with a cup of joe??? There's literally recipe cards for a reasons. I know times are hard and people don't get paid enough to care at their jobs but dang be consistent in what you do regardless if you hate your job or not.

We were so excited to stop here, we realized this Starbucks was on the way to our destination… so I did rush to place the order but ended up paying for it a few minutes before we arrived and when we got to the speaker the employee on the other end was so incredibly rude, complaining that we didn’t give them enough time, and that next time we need to do it differently (even though we were more than happy to wait, there were 0 cars behind us in line). The employees name is Kris, maybe he was having a bad day, maybe he needs better customer service skills.

I went thru drive thru to purchase a cup of water I told her I would pay she said I can't. You would have to buy something. I'm like just ring it up as a drink an the size an just do water. Was really needing it I'm type 2 diabetic an was needing water. I want be buying anything from here or any star bucks. I didn't want it for free. Basically turned away a paying customer. This happen 5-15-26 @ around 818pm. I always buy you all gifts cards when I give stuff away no more. I will gladly go somewhere else. Wow is all I can say. I'm very upset when I really needed it. Then going to offer me sweet stuff smh.

We went through the drive through this morning and ordered a pesto mozzarella and egg sandwich, they gave us the wrong thing and it was completely deconstructed in the bag. My daughter has to scoop the inside of the sandwich off the bottom of the bag and put it in the bread to make something close to edible.

This is one of the nicest Starbucks I’ve been to in the High Point area. The Archdale Starbucks is well run, clean and extremely efficient. The drive-through can get busy in the morning, but they are so friendly and so quick to get you through that you don’t even notice it. Inside is totally modern totally clean and a very well run. The management should use this as a Bellweather for other Starbucks. The drinks are made quickly correctly and with a smile. If you’re in the area, I suggest you come by the Furniture inside is new and modern there’s outdoor seating and plenty of things to eat and friendly people to watch. Well, done Starbucks.
